These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Scrutiny. By creating an account or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be of legal age to use the platform.

Bookings & payments

  • Mentees pay at the time of booking; funds are held in escrow.
  • Mentor payouts are released after the dispute window closes.
  • Refunds follow our cancellation and no-show policy.

Conduct

Users agree to engage respectfully and professionally. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community standards.

Liability

Scrutiny provides the platform “as is” and is not a party to the advice exchanged between mentors and mentees.
